| Choose one of the fabric swatch ranges you wish to search from. Click on the swatch and the search will produce the relevant results from our database and bring up all the fabrics in that range. This search is found on the products page. To see a larger image and information about the fabric again click on the fabric swatch you are interested in. | |
| How to Order | |
| TO SELECT AN ITEM FOR PURCHASE When you have selected the quantity of fabric or matching tread (100 metre reel), simply click the metres, yards, fat quarter or matching thread ORDER button next to the selected item. Every time you add an item to your shopping basket, you will be shown a review of your order, listing all the items chosen, the item price, the quantity and the total price.
TO REVIEW THE CONTENT OF YOUR BASKET at any time, click the REVIEW ORDER button on the top menu bar. TO REMOVE AN ITEM on the REVIEW ORDER page, click the REMOVE BOX, next to the item or enter a quantity of zero. TO CHANGE THE QUANTITY on the REVIEW ORDER page, enter a new figure in the QUANTITY BOX and then click anywhere away from the box. The new value will then be shown. TO REMOVE ALL ITEMS from your shopping basket without making a purchase, click the EMPTY BASKET button on the REVIEW ORDER page. TO PLACE YOUR ORDER click the CASHIER button. You will be asked to enter your personal details to enable us to ship the goods and effect payment. Please note that prompts for all inputs appear in the frame in the bottom left hand corner of the screen window. |

| The first item to enter is the CARDHOLDER NAME. This is the name of the person placing the order and if you intend to pay by credit or debit card, it must be the name as shown on your card.
The CARDHOLDER ADDRESS must be the one that relates to the credit card holder. Please complete the post or zip code and obviously the country is also important. The DELIVERY ADDRESS should be completed if you would like your order to be delivered to another address, please enter details including post or zip code and country. If the delivery address is the same as the cardholder address, then please leave this blank. TELEPHONE and EMAIL details are essential as should there be any queries or problems with your order we would need to be able to contact you. If you enter your e-mail address a copy of your order will automatically be sent to you and any future correspondence. |

| If you are happy with the details you have entered you can move on to the final stage by clicking the NEXT button, or you can go back to reviewing your order. If you have proceeded you will now see a summary of your order. It works out the total price for each item. The postage charge to your delivery address is also calculated and shown and then the entire cost is totalled to show you what you need to pay.
TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER, you now have to decide how you wish to pay. The safest, quickest and simplest way to pay is by credit or debit card. To do this click the SECURE SERVER button. You may get a message explaining that "you are about to view pages over a secure connection, any information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed by anyone else on the Web". Please remember that in order to gain access to the secure pages you must have your security switched on. Importantly the secure page is opened in a new window (a second version of your browser), if you do not see this straight away, check your status bar at the bottom of your screen to see if you have a second version of e.g Netscape or Internet Explorer. You will then be asked to enter your credit or debit card details and asked to click a transmit/send button. Only click this button once and your card details will be checked online and you will be taken to a page which will notify you of the progress. Alternatively you can choose another payment method by clicking on PAYMENT METHOD and selecting e.g. paying by cheques drawn on a UK Bank, and then click SEND ORDER NOW. At this point you should see a copy of the order you have placed. If you chose not to send your payment details via the secure server system, you must print off a copy of your order by clicking the PRINT button on your browser's tool bar. | Delivery times may vary depending on the goods involved and the time of year. Delivery is free in the UK, using Royal Mail and selected courier services. For international deliveries, we also use Royal Mail.
